Ferme Terre Partagée hosts a good number of volunteers every year with the objectives of democratizing peasant agroecological production techniques and to encourage our community to experience food from farm to table.

Become a support member of the coop

The Ferme Terre Partagee Cooperative has been a worker co-operative since January 2018 and an opportunity for involvement is available as a support member in the co-op structure. The role of the support member is primarily one of solidarity with the mission, values ​​and commitment of the co-op.


  • Opportunity to attend the Annual General Meeting without the right to vote

  • Communication with the farm via the weekly newsletter during the main season.

  • Privileged invitation to the events organized by the coop.

La Terre Partagée has been a registered farm for several years in the WWOOF Canada organization. WWOOF Canada is part of the Federation of WWOOF Organizations, a global community that promotes awareness of ecological farming methods by empowering individuals to live on organic farms and small farms and to gain knowledge in this area. .

Bartering & Exchanges

You have food preserving skills? Canning, preserving, jams, sauces are familiar territory for you? You love kids and are available to babysit on the farm? The farm’s peasants are looking for your skills!

  • Possibility of exchanging your preserving skills for the raw ingredients and half the finished product

  • Possibility of exchanging your babysitting skills for farm products 

  • Possibility of exchanging your cooking skills for raw ingredients and portions of the meals

  • Open to your suggestions!

Peasant incubation

The cooperative is always looking for farmers and workers who want to gain experience and set up a short-term project in partnership with the coop with the goal of diversifying the supply of local agroecological products. If you have knowledge and experience related to a certain area and want to solidify your skills, participation in the peasant incubation program may be for you.


Steps to follow :


  • Contact the cooperative.

  • Present a business plan including: estimated budget, human resource management plan, investment for the proposed diversification project and have a registered business number.

  • Agree on the short-circuit marketing process with the co-op including the percentage of marketing/administrative costs, the use of buildings, land and other production structures.

  • Possibility of paid work while participating in the production already established on the cooperative as worker.

  • Possibility of flexible agreement depending on the assets and fixed assets that the interested person already owns.
